All axes are machined on the same mounting plate, which makes it possible to obtain very high precision with extremely narrow tolerances. The GG22 material used for the manufacture of the crankcase must therefore be machined very precisely and with identical tolerances, which is only possible with a one-piece housing. All bearings are integrated into the housing.

This one-piece design also increases the life of bearings and gears and provides better resistance to lateral stresses. The strength and service life of gears, bearings, shafts, etc., are calculated according to DIN standards and according to Niemann principles.

The bearing support plate, fully molded, thus provides an optimal base for the bearings used in three-train transmissions. This central plate supports the gears on both sides as close as possible to the gear wheel, which minimizes false rounds and deformations and thus makes the transmissions quieter. Our new generation of gearboxes provides many new mounting possibilities. According to the customer's specifications, these gearboxes are available with IEC B14, B5 or standard motor connections. All models have two or three trains and are available with leg or fixing flange. The spacing of these new gearboxes has been reduced compared to the old models.

Now more compact, however, they retain the same power and speed. Their modular design makes it easy to interconnect them and with minimal modifications to obtain a double reducer. All tolerances are strictly controlled by our quality control system.
